1. Service Agreement

By engaging Elite Travel Curation's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include travel planning, booking coordination, and concierge support.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin planning services. Final payment is due 30 days before travel departure. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 75% refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

4. Liability Limitations

Elite Travel Curation acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic restrictions.
